Soak black chana overnight
Boil them properly
In a non stick pan, heat 1 TSP oil.
Add finely chopped onion, garlic , green chilli and ginger paste.
Add some spices of your choice.
Cook the mixture till spices start releasing oil.
Add boiled chanas in this mixture.
Mix it well and let it cool.
Transfer the mixture in blender and blend the mixture.
Make small balls of the mixture.
Make cutlets in non stick pan or air fryer.
