Chocolate, Milk Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup skimmed milk
- 1 tsp soaked chia seeds
- 1 Tablespoon raw cocoa powder
- 3 drops vanilla essence
- Sweetener (optional)
Method: Soak the chia seeds in water for 10 min. The seeds will become a gel, and you can store this gel in the fridge for up to a week. Add all ingredients to blender and blend till smooth. Serving size: One
