Milk and Apple smoothie (variation)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup chopped apple
- 1 tsp flaxseeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Sweetener (optional)
Method:
- Combine all ingredients into a blender, and pulse for approximately 10-15 seconds. ñ If you’re going to drink it immediately, add three ice cubes to chill and drink.
